Service explanation:
Pre-sales: Providing consultation for the right product and solution, selecting the right specifications and prices, during that stage we can even provide Technical presentation to the End user through the Reseller*.
Design: providing a complete Design for the solution using Visio Application.
On-Site support: provides qualified Technical Engineer on site to support a product in case of technical Problems
Installation: configuring and installing a product in our labs or at the customer site per the Reseller requirement.
End-to-end Implementation: implementing the total solution at the customer site.
Customization: providing some customization to the products, this can vary from the look of the product, the content up to the features. This serves some times might require the approval from the vendor before we can deliver.
Training: providing a technical or sales training to the reseller Team.
Demo: a Demo unit is available ( some conditions might be required) to the reseller to demonstrate to his end user customer.
After sales services: our after sales workshop around the kingdom can maintain and service the product.
