1) Client Information Form

2) Copy of the Company CR, must be checked with the Original CR to keep sure it is a copy of the original one

3) Fill the Service order Form

4) Client official letter requesting for the service and the quantity with the prices using the company letter head using the content of the company Official letter Form, and attach the owner ID copy after checking it with the original ID if the letter issued by him – must be stamped by Chamber of Commerce

ﺨطﺎب ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤطﺒوﻋﺎت اﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة ﻤوﻀﺢ ﺒﻪ طﻠب اﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ واﻟﻛﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺤددة و الاسعار مستخدما المحتوى في نموذج خطاب المنشأة و ارفاق صورة هوية صاحب المؤسسة في حالة اصداره الخطاب مع مطابقة الاصل - ﻤﺼدق ﻤن اﻟﻐرﻓﺔ اﻟﺘﺠﺎرﯿﺔ

5) In case there is an Authorized person other than the establishment owner – the client must fill the Authorization letter form, stamp by Chamber of Commerce and attach the Authorized person ID copy after checking it with the original ID

في حال وجود مفوض غير صاحب المنشأة – يجب تعبئة نموذج خطاب تفويض وتصديقه من الغرفة التجارية و ارفاق صورة هوية المفوض بعد مطابقتها مع الاصل
