​Channel celebrities honoured at Partner Excellence Awards 2017 
 
The eighth annual Reseller Middle East’s Partner Excellence Awards saw prominent players in the technology industry gather in the UAE to celebrate achievements from the Middle East’s channel sector over the past year.
The awards ceremony and Vintage Circus-themed gala dinner, which took place last night at the Conrad Hotel Dubai were attended by more than 320 industry stalwarts, and recognised several organisations and IT channel leaders.
Guests came dressed in their vintage best – ladies in 1920’s-inspired shimmery frocks and feather head pieces and the men came in tuxedos and homburg hats, transporting the setting to the roaring twenties.
This year Reseller ME has revamped the process for the Partner Excellence Awards. Winners were chosen via public online voting by Reseller ME readers from a list of finalists selected by an esteemed panel of judges.
A record number of 400 nominations were received this year, with over 30,000 online votes.

The accomplishments of the Middle East IT channel industry were celebrated last night at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marinal - Dubai, as Channel Middle East held the 10th edition of its annual Awards.

The event, held alongside a gala dinner, attracted over 350 IT leaders from the vendor, distributor, reseller and retailer community across the Gulf region, where they were honoured for their stellar performances and dedication to the development of the regional channel over the last 12 months.

Twenty-three awards were presented and they recognised the companies, partner programmes and individuals that have done the most to build and improve the well being of the regional IT channel sector. During the event AlJammaz Distribution have win the Value-Added Distributor of the Year for Saudi Arabia  Award, the award was received by Asim AlJammaz Vice President of AlJammaz Technology Investment Group
