Zenitel's AI story is pragmatic and centred on intelligent audio rather than standalone AI products. Its intercoms already apply digital signal processing for noise cancelling and intelligibility, and Zenitel Connect Pro integrates third-party audio analytics such as IntelliVision, which classify audio events captured by intercom microphones and raise alarms into the security platform, turning every station into a sensor.
The platform's Node-RED event handling lets operators automate responses to detected events, while the 2026 Cloud Remote Monitoring and Management service adds proactive health monitoring, alerts and remote diagnostics across sites. Together these give integrators a foundation for AI-assisted security operations centres in which audio, video and access events are correlated in one workflow.
