Zoho One packages over 50 integrated applications as a single operating system for business, complemented by ManageEngine for IT management. In Saudi Arabia, Zoho operates data centres in Riyadh and Jeddah, opened in 2024 to keep customer data inside the Kingdom in line with the Personal Data Protection Law, backed by a SAR 500 million regional investment. It added UAE data centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in January 2026 and offers Arabic interfaces and Saudi VAT-compliant products.

Self-service business intelligence with Ask Zia conversational analytics, plus more than 25 prebuilt Zia Agents and a no-code Agent Studio for automating tasks across Zoho applications.
Zoho's AI strategy rests on ownership: it trains its own models and runs them in its own data centres, so customer data is never sent to external AI providers. In July 2025 it launched Zia LLM, a family of proprietary models with 1.3, 2.6 and 7 billion parameters, alongside its own speech-recognition models, and in 2026 unveiled Nathu La, an in-house designed server aimed at reducing inference cost.
Zia appears across products as Zia Skills, the conversational Ask Zia assistant and Zia Agents. More than 25 prebuilt agents, such as Customer Service Agent and Deal Analyzer, are available through the Agent Marketplace, while Zia Agent Studio lets teams build custom agents without code from 700-plus actions. An MCP server exposes Zoho applications to external agents, and Zia Hubs organise content inside Zoho One.
